In service based activities, tangibility, personal touch and appearance must be well executed in order to satisfy customers on the spot. Successful performance will lead to excellent service branding.

Result

We suggested a personnel grooming branding. We built the mood based on the corporate's branding incorporating personnel daily usage analysis.

First Media, Tbk using fiber optic backbone connection services are constantly striving to achieve a stable network quality, reliable with a range of services are evenly distributed throughout the area of operations. We orchestrated branding activities directed for their sales and helpful gimmicks for the customers. This strategy increased customer's engagement with the brand, which also led the brand to go viral.
