Astra Daihatsu is committed to "be the best in its class" which involves excellent relationship with their stakeholders and customers. The company needs to hold consistent creative events to attract their customers in Astra Daihatsu's main branches.

Insight

Customers with high product knowledge usually come with preferences of their dream car in mind. Insightful conversations with the sales is expected in this step, followed by a test drive before negotiating for the best price is expected at this stage. This was set as the crucial time for Daihatsu sales to conclude to a deal with the customer.

Result

We came up with an engaging product presentation, entertainment, and valuable gifts to serve the customers. Focusing on maintaining interaction, Daihatsu sales were able to comfort their customers through their friendly conversation which slowly lead to deals. The gifts showed appreciation of their customer's loyalty for keeping their trust with Astra Daihatsu. Warm relationships were built, sales increased and thus this successful event was maintained for a few months.

Grand New Xenia Campaign Office to Office

Challenge

Astra Daihatsu launched their Grand New Xenia - a new product from Daihatsu which offers more comfort, style, and safety. To have a successful campaign, Daihatsu proposed to target specifically business market through an event.

Insight

Astra Daihatsu targeted 600 offices in Jakarta. Holding local events to approach the management, procurement, and employees - in all need levels seemed to serve the company well. We suggested booths in designated areas, as well as show units to tap into potential customers.

Result

We proposed an office to office roadshow. To build engagement between the brand and their customers, we prepared a hard selling roadshow, which allowed the customers to see, feel, touch, and event try the products. Huge exposures were done by SPG Woro Woro, Booth Surprise Gift, and Test Drive Go Viral. Customers took selfies with Daihatsu quotes, which then went viral in social media. The event took place during fasting period until end of the year, in several buildings Jakarta.
